The new Norwegian Transparency Act entered into force on July 01, 2022.
The act imposes on Zinus AS a duty to provide information and a duty to carry out due diligence assessments to prevent human rights violations and ensure decent working conditions in our supplier chain.
The obligation to provide information is valid from the law entered into force, and companies are required to publish their statement no later than June 30th, 2023.
Zinus AS recognizes our responsibility to respect human rights and we have implemented OECD`s guidelines for multinational enterprises.
