Our service portfolio includes annually and cyclic inspections, service agreements, spare parts, upgrades, as well as training.
In Zinus we care for our customer also after our products have been installed on the customer’s location.
To ensure our customers an option for careless day-to-day operations, we have established the “Zinus Care Agreement”. This agreement offers a fixed cost structure for the lifecycle of installed and operative products and defines product monitoring and servicing by Zinus on given intervals.
For you as customer the agreement means the possibility to manage budgets more effectively, and for Zinus it allows effective planning of equipment maintenance to minimize costs and operational risks.
